Killeen Carnival

The Killeen Winter Carnival began Thursday and will run through Mar. 1 at the Killeen Special Events Center on South W.S. Young Drive.

Residents can pay $30 today, Saturday or Sunday to get a wristband to ride the rides or $1 per day to enter the carnival. It will cost $20 for Monday through Wednesday for the wristbands. On Thursday, everything will cost $1 including each individual ride. Friday will be military appreciation night and those with a military identification card can get in for free. For non-military the wristband price will go back up to $30 for the weekend.
