Tagging of contacts in our CRM is an important use-case for our offline events integration.

Let's say today I am adding Tag 1 and Tag 2 to a contact. Our system automatically sends an offline event via the offline conversions API.

Great, now I can target this user in a particular audience for Tag 1 and Tag 2.

Now next day CRM user removes Tag 1 and Tag 2, but adds Tag 3. Our system would send again an offline contact tagging event, now with only 1 tag: Tag 3. Tag 1 and Tag 2 are not relevant anymore.

Question: Will Facebook forget about Tag 1 and Tag 2 for this particular contact? Or is this user now tagged with Tag 1, Tag 2 and Tag 3.
