went to get my free 12oz frosty and they would only give me the Jr frosty which is the wrong size. when I asked about it they said take the jr or leave without any. poor customer service.
Just left the Wendy’s location in Bridgeton MO. Not only was the “MANAGER” not wearing a mask he was very rude when I asked for a refund due to him not wearing a mask..this is unacceptable during a pandemic and goes against the county mask mandate. I will be reporting this to the health department..
