Set up iCloud for the Pages app on all your devices
You can use iCloud with Pages on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and on iCloud.com. For an overview of what you can do with iCloud, see Collaborate on Pages documents and keep them up to date with iCloud.
Note: Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID on each device. If you have devices where you’re not signed in with your Apple ID or that have the iCloud Drive and Pages features turned off, you won’t be able to access your documents stored in iCloud on those devices.
Set up iCloud for Pages on your iPhone or iPad
On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
Turn on iCloud Drive.
Scroll down, then turn on Pages.
To view Pages documents stored in iCloud, open the Files app, tap iCloud Drive below Locations, then go to the Pages folder or another folder that contains Pages documents.

Set up iCloud for Pages on your Mac
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences.
Do one of the following:
macOS 10.15 or later: Click Apple ID, then click iCloud.
macOS 10.14 or earlier: Click iCloud.
Select iCloud Drive.
Click the Options button, then select Pages.
To view Pages documents stored in iCloud, open the Finder, click iCloud Drive in the sidebar, then go to the Pages folder or another folder that contains Pages documents.
Use Pages on iCloud.com
You can edit and collaborate on Pages documents in a web browser on a computer.
Go to icloud.com/pages and sign in with your Apple ID.
