
Watch on Roku

To use the Apple TV app on your Roku device, find and download it from the Roku Channel Store. Once you open the app on your Roku device, you can explore Apple TV+; browse movies, TV shows, and Apple TV channels; or watch free episodes.
When you’re ready to start watching, you just need an Apple ID to sign in. Afterward, you can subscribe to channels, purchase or rent movies, or purchase TV shows.
How to watch on your Roku device
For a list of specific Roku models that support the Apple TV app, go to apple.com/apple-tv-app/devices/.
On your Roku home screen, select Search Channels.
Search for “Apple TV.”
Follow the onscreen instructions for adding a channel, then choose the Apple TV app
.
When added, the Apple TV app appears in the channels section of the home screen.
Select the Apple TV app to open it.
On the Watch Now screen, scroll down to view Apple TV+, Apple TV channels, or featured movies and TV shows, then select an item.
Do any of the following:
Play the item or open it in a channel: Select Play or Open In. If you haven’t subscribed to the channel, follow the onscreen instructions.
Subscribe to Apple TV+: Select “Try It Free,” then follow the onscreen instructions to confirm your subscription.
Subscribe to an Apple TV channel: Select “Try [channel] Free” and follow the onscreen instructions.
Buy or rent a movie: Select Buy or Rent, then select the option you want and confirm your purchase or rental.
Buy a TV show episode or season: Select Buy, then select the option you want and confirm your purchase.

Add the Apple TV app from the Roku Channel Store
Optionally, you can sign in to the Roku Channel Store from a web browser to add the Apple TV app to your account.
For a list of specific Roku models that support the Apple TV app, go to apple.com/apple-tv-app/devices/.
In a web browser, go to the Apple TV App in the Roku Channel Store.
Select Add Channel, then follow the instructions to sign in with your Roku Account.
When added, the Apple TV app appears in the channels section of the home screen on your Roku device.
