Loving it!

I've loved this poscast for months now, every single day my morning starts with it. Super funny, useful, uplifting, positive, full of lifehacks! Keep up the great works guys love you a lot, your devoted listener from Moscow, Russia xxoo

Zoysya ,

I absolutely love this podcast!

Ever since I started listening to "Happier", I've learned SO MUCH about myself (turns out, I'm an Obliger, Abstainer, and a Revealer). I now hope that I'm on a way to make not just me personally, but also people around me - happier! Actually, I'm very proud to say that I quit eating processed sugar almost 2 months ago and am now trying to adopt a habit of daily exercise. Also, I started keeping a one sentence journal, and so far so good - I've been diligently recording the highlights of every day, and I just find it so satisfying! Anyhow, this is legitimately one of the best podcasts I've listened to, and I'm super excited for the future episodes!

Fat-shaming puts me off

I do like Gretchen Rubin, or at least I've used to, but can't we have a happiness and roductivity and better living podcast without weight loss and resisting cookies as the main examples of "willpower"?
