Think identifying tunes is the only trick in Shazam’s magic act? Not quite. The app’s an unmissable destination for music lovers, with exciting ways to find tracks by your favorite artists, discover new ones and interact with top streaming services. And yes, we’re still blown away by Shazam’s sorcerous ability to ID songs—especially when it happens on our Apple Watch.
The app is excellent but...
The app is excellent but since the latest updates, I can’t see anymore the release year of any song. Or maybe it’s still somewhere but I can’t find it. Anyway, if you removed this feature, is it possible to bring it back? For me, and I think for others as well, the release year has its importance when finding about a new song.
And still, surprisingly, there is one song from my father’s old cassettes that Shazam didn’t recognize it. Maybe the music servers need one extra song there :)
Very good at recognizing BUT
A big but! You have a list of Shazams, it allows you to select multiple (would be nice a Select all button) but then you cannot apply the same action to all selected items, only add to and cart. Why? On an individual item you have the option to share, why not allowing the option for all selected?
Poor UX, very poor. Too bad
