As much as I love the brand and style (all 5 stars for design and quality), I hate to say, I’m very disappointed by the e-comers side of the business. Log in doesn’t work, the website and the mobile app glitch, so it will charge for orders and next day delivery, but somehow it won’t register your order. So you gonna end up losing your money and nothing they can do because you don’t have order number, even if you sent them proof of purchase…..

Such a disjointed app, it prompts you to log in but when you start searching for products you’re taken to an online browser within the app that doesn’t really keep you signed in.

Menus are all over the place because you’re half in a browser, half in an app.

The email notifications are dreadful, they send you an email after you’ve used the app to say “did you see something you liked?” This isn’t the “promotions” promised by downloading the app. I’ve applied for two of the sampling offers and not for lucky. There isn’t really any benefit from having the app as you just get bombarded with emails you can’t turn off. I want to see when there’s a sale or new items come in, not get an email when I close the app.

I love uniqlo clothes especially during winter time to top up on all the heattech items for me and my family. I was promoted to download the app which I thought would be a great idea expecting an amazing flawless experience as with everything that is made in Japan. However this was not the case! The app is clunky and feels more like I am browsing a website also I added items in my basket it keeps asking me to login and once I’m logged in all the items have been increased to 14 pieces per item! I then have to go and change it all to 1 item but again it will log me out once I come out the app and then back to 14 after logging in! This entire experience is actually very painful and frustrating. Please sort out your app ASAP!
