In general, the app is very good. But, I’ve got 3 things I think the app can be improved by.

First, I would add the feature of being able to open a photo of a product full screen and being able to zoom in on it, to be able to see the product better, which might further encourage me to buy it.

Second, I would add the feature of being able to revisit the item’s page for an item that is in your basket, just in case you want to read about the product again before you choose to buy it.

Third, I would add the feature of when your health and beauty card is added, to show that the delivery will be free after spending a minimum of £10. This is because before I selected for home delivery, it told me I have to pay £3 but when I selected it, it said that the delivery is for free. This is important because if I didn’t know that delivery would be free for my order, then I might have picked a different collection option.

December 2021 - app is ok, average at best with a 2015 style interface. Biggest annoyance for me is that app comes up with an error message when trying to add to Apple wallet. Support team blame Apple and recommend updating iOS, fresh install of app and resetting Apple wallet. Did all this and after re-adding 16 cards to Apple wallet from a host of different apps I got told the issue is with Apple wallet. Errr no, 16 separate apps have added to Apple wallet fine but your app still brings up an error. That’s when the support team on the in app message and Twitter ends and they no longer reply / help. Another annoyance is Apple doesn’t have a easy to use straight forward way of logging apps that are advertising Apple specific features but are failing to provide these! Come on Apple give us a way to log these apps that promise a feature but don’t offer it especially as reporting to Apple might get the developer to do something about their app. Another sub standard app with a provider that does “good enough” then stops support. Minimal viable product as they say.

I downloaded the app thinking this would be an easier way to shop, but unfortunately it wasn’t. The whole process was very slow, I feel like the app was just constantly loading. Then trying to search for a product was just impossible. Unless you typed the product or brand you needed/wanted exactly then there would be no results found so frustrating! Don’t even get me started on the fact that they don’t even tell you if something is unavailable until you actually get to the very end and go to checkout and then suddenly, oh! Half your basket is actually not in stock and then to proceed they will be removed. To be honest just a waste of time and should have shopped somewhere else. This app/website needs a lot of improvements. Ps. As I am writing this review the text is actually in white and I can’t see what I am writing so there’s another thing they need to improve too, it will be interesting to see what this review actually turns out like.
