Loving this app and it's brilliant features!
Needless to say this app features clothes for the ages of all woman as well as kids and men. It also includes pets, shoes, accessories, household items, gadgets and many many more items.
I’ve been purchasing items of SheIn for over a year now and I am not disappointed. I have had to return item as I ordered wrong sizing but it has been easy every time to return and either get send replacements or get a refund. The clothing items are made of good quality material made to good standard clothing for every day wear and events. I love the the apple i accessories and the sheer volume of things to choose from, very handy if you're an apple geek like me... lol. I was surprised to even see they did a wedding special at one point. There is always something going on and the style and brands are endless! I am forever coming across new things or something I had not even spotted as there is so much to see, look at and to take in.
This app has brilliant features too as you can add your own body's measurements, thus this app can recommend one which size to buy. One gets points towards shopping with daily log ins, free trail centre, games such as earn flowers for Women's charity, win money off vouchers and %OFF coupons, etc. I could go on but there is only one way of finding out how great this app truly is and that is by downloading it and giving it a try. I’m hooked! 😃

I came across the app when I was searching for a cute little outfit for my 5 year old daughter. At first I didn’t want to order as I’ve never ordered from them nor has any of my friends or family, however we was in the first lockdown and and said what’s the worse that can happen so I ordered it. I got 15% of when I first opened the app the checkout process was easy, had no issues. Delivery was nice and smooth doesn’t take long at all, you can track your goods from the shein app. Some of the children cloth I wouldn’t put my daughter as I don’t feel it’s age appropriate however they do have some really nice little things. I went back to order some more bits for my daughter and I and love the range they have for women. There cloths are cheap and good quality for money got perfect. The app always has 15% off your order they also have a rewards point which you can use. The only issue I’ve had with them is that I was unable to send a hat and scarf set back because it was to small but because it was in the final sale I was unable to.

I have just found my new app. Been using since March 2020 and haven’t had any really issues.

I love Shien for the wide variety of clothes and accessories for my size! Not many places have nice plus size clothing, most places sell plain and boring clothes that make me look like an old lady! But Shien actually caters for younger audiences and I love it! HOWEVER, since the app has been updated, I can’t change my profile picture! The photo part is now just a white circle! On top of this, Shien VIP is ridiculous, I’ve followed the rules and it took months for it to actually show! And contacting someone to actually talk to is stupid, I can’t find ANY way to speak to someone, just a stupid robot that doesn’t answer my questions. Shien needs a better contacting route, there’s no number, email or online chat to contact in case something is wrong or you need to ask a question that isn’t answered in Q&A’s! I spent hours the other day trying to find a way to contact anyone after my VIP status hadn’t changed in months and the robot repeatedly answered with wrong answers and wouldn’t put me through to anyone despite it saying live chat was available!! Just ridiculous. I am happy however with the payment options. There’s a good range of options with good payment schemes. It’s just such a shame contacting someone is so hard to do! It’s the only thing that puts me off alongside the VIP statuses taking forever to change. Needs sorting ASAP.
