I was told about this site by my friend and was put off a bit by the distance from abroad to home so we shall see how it goes but I have to say that the clothes are beautiful well everything I have looked at on Sara and I think my bank balance will suffer for this discovery, I also love the way they show the popular stores and the new stores it makes it easier to navigate and I can’t wait for my order to arrive 🤞🤪🤣

I know about this app just probably a month, the first time I downloaded it I deleted asap as I couldn’t see much.. but I saw a review on another app and decided to download again.. to my amazement I saw quite a few things to fill my basket with. I bought my first parcel then my 2nd but looking at my 3rd parcel I noticed things had been removed.. the app removes things that are interesting a lot of it’s customers. Amazing dupes on this app.. and face it not every one has thousands of pounds to splash on big named branded items. So why not buy from here them big names. Only thing is now the app removes them so I guess less and less people will be buying from this app as it has become just like SHEIN nearly. Why do you have to delete items. Stop people reviewing on social media and keep the brands we want on Sara mart.

I ordered 2 necklaces from this app. One was absolutely fine, however the other was sent already defective from the seller. I contacted customer service to let them know and their customer service representative on their chat service agreed to refund the full amount for that necklace. Within 24 hours they changed the refund amount to partial refund without notifying me! I contacted them again and I was advised to DESTROY the necklace with a hammer, take a picture of it then I could get a full refund!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Firstly they went back on their word when agreed to refund me the full item price then tells me to completely destroy the item. I HAVE NEVER heard of any company asking their customers to destroy an item in order to get a refund. That is disgusting. AVOID USING THIS APP. This company should be investigated by authorities as you cannot change your mind once you have come to an agreement with a customer!!
