Morning New Look..

I am really enjoying the prices of Mack 3 pack for £4.99..
Which is Excellent price good looks & I like the customer service when I came to store that young girl was explaining to ME..so nicely & very polite way so Customer understood what is promoting at store & very good thing she told me is do online as well so you get 10% of when you buy any item from Store..
She really nicely explains refund policy as well...so I feel so good when I left the Store..
Can’t remember her Name thought..

Customer service is very important & HELP customer is very important as well.
Some good company didn’t help ME to get my product done so I was NOT happy at All..
My £200 pound gift from my beautiful MUM gone in BIN. (Not Good & Customer support item very poor in my eyes because I don’t have JOB & my MUM gave me gift from her beautiful heart TV as gift to daughter..her money hone in BIN..which I am NOT HAPPY At silly Company didn’t provide New TV or repair so unlucky..

Anyways thanks for good Special offer which I love special idea going on because I don’t have JOb at the moment but I luv ideas item to be HONEST..Excellent Company & Good in value..good customer service.😀👏😍👏

I Love New Look

I recommend this app to anyone who likes shopping but can’t go because of lockdown or anyone who wants to do a little online shopping. This app caters for everyone especially since the launch of the 915 boys range. The prices are fair - not too high but not too low (I am therefore not worried about unfair working conditions or bad quality clothing). I have done 4 orders so far on the app and the have all arrived when expected. There was one item of clothing I did not like but I was able to return it really easily! Thank you New Look! 😃

Frustrating fault

I often shop with new look, and much prefer online shopping to being battered around visiting town to go in store. Another perk to being able to shop online or via an app is that I’m quite indecisive, so being able to save items and come back to them is perfect, especially when I’m piecing together an outfit for an event a little while ahead. However over the past few months, whenever I open my app I’m met with a message that says there has been a bug and my saved items have been lost. It’s so frustrating and has meant I’ve not bought much recently. I understand I can look through the site and save it again, but it’s a a waste of time when I know it won’t be there again in a few days time. I really hope this bug is fixed soon as it has been going on for months.
