LOVE this app
This app is so easy to use and has a clean layout making it easy to find all the newest arrivals. The wish list is great for saving your favourite items so you can come back to them! It’s simple to return an item, you just follow the steps and there’s multiple options on how you can return your parcel back to them x
If I could give 0 stars I would
I looked at the reviews and decided to take a shot in the dark and ordered some heels for my birthday. I wasn’t sent a confirmation email and I was told my items were still in my basket but I had paid for them? Very strange and it took so long for them to arrive. Once they finally arrived I was almost in tears, the gems from the heels were stuck to the wrapping paper, the heels were the wrong size, you could see the glue particles of the heel and overall, the quality was extremely poor and they weren’t sturdy. I am now left with trying to find last minute heels for my birthday. I really hate to sound so hateful as I do understand people are only doing their jobs but from a customer perspective please don’t waste your time and money, there are way better apps for cheaper prices.
