Great prices, great selection , quick delivery

Very good experience shopping with End Clothing. Delivery is fast and returns process is easy and free. Have purchased several pieces and app is user friendly. I would say if they want to keep subscribed customers knocking at their door more regularly I would suggest that they should email out voucher codes, as I have purchased many items elsewhere for a the sake of saving £10/£20 which these guys could have easily kept my business with a few incentives

The app might be alright… The company though… My order went missing because of their delivery instructions, this was confirmed to me by the courier. END. were completely unhelpful even though both the courier and myself had both confirmed that THEY requested that the parcel be left on my doorstep (I had no idea that was even possible). They also lied during our exchange twice. One lie involved a screenshot of a conversation with the courier saying one thing and them claiming that it said something else in the screenshot. The next lie was basically the second person I spoke to, backing up that same lie. Long story short, if anything goes wrong they just keep your money and tell you to “report it to the police” regardless of how much proof you have that they are at fault & should just be refunding or resending the order… I’d advise against buying from them at all, based on my recent experience.

Order stuck in ON HOLD status with no comms

Placed an order on 06th December for a Christmas present. The order has not been received and has been in the status ‘on hold’ for a few days. When I check their website it says if the status isn’t updated I can send a query to their customer service contact team. I then got an email saying it would take a whole week for me just to get a response because they’re busy! Constructive criticism would be for them to hire more staff during this busy season to prevent all these bad reviews. I am now stuck with less than 10 days to get a present with the risk of it being duplicated as they won’t even confirm if my ‘on hold’ order has been cancelled
