I have had such a great experience with by rotation. The users have been friendly and helpful and the clothes are amazing. I’ve rented six times now and everything’s always run smoothly. It feels like I have an amazing bright and fun wardrobe available to me for special occasions. And I love that I’m doing something for the environment by not continuously buying new clothes. I’ve also found it better value than some of the other platforms. I just had a quick chat with Tara on their team who reached out to see how I was finding it - which was a lovely personal touch. Would highly recommend!

Good idea, terrible service. Customer service is non existent (from a lender’s perspective), people can be rude and book / cancel last minute, and I’ve had items get lost (renter sent it to the wrong address or it got lost in the mail) - no help from this app whatsoever in recovering the cost for valuable items near and dear to me. App glitches nonstop and I’ve given this app a few chances but I feel it’s actually gotten worse. Am really upset.

Also recently I’ve found that as the app has got new users a lot of users are really rude. I’ve been abused online by renters multiple times who think it is fine to be incredibly nasty and threaten bad reviews when things out of my control happen like things getting delayed in the post etc (fyi I always make sure they get a FULL cash refund). Yet people still are incredibly nasty and I can’t believe that the app just lets that behaviour slide. So ridiculous and I will probably leave the app because Hurr customer service actually steps in.

I highly recommend giving this a try, I never even knew you could rent clothes and now that I know I think this is going to my new fave way of trying out new clothes and changing up my wardrobe, which doesn’t break the bank or hurt the environment either which is an added bonus! If you are someone that isn’t a fan of wearing the same thing twice or want to try something new but you aren’t too sure you’ll make good use out of item, defo give this a try!
