Poor App.

I love this app when it is working well but i am constantly having to uninstall/reinstall it. The pics don’t load, the info & pics don’t load, the whole thing freezes.
Also I would like to have more delivery items available, this is because stock checker isn’t available, understandably & very often I go into store with a basket full of wants only to find none are in stock.

App update is terrible

Used to love using the b&m app to find bargains but since all the changes and the limits on scanning items it’s awful.
Besides the limits on scanning, which is absolutely pointless btw - what fool thought that up? There’s also the issue with repeatedly signing in. The app kicks me out so frequently it’s just useless now. I’m signing back in every five minutes. The barcodes won’t scan, the app just lags and takes about ten minutes to register or come up with an error message.
Whoever ruined the app has no business working in IT. There was nothing wrong with it before the so-called improvements.
Hey here’s an idea - put it back to how it was before and if you want to make an improvement, let it be that the 10p items scan rather than say they can’t be found.

Absolutely rubbish now

This app was brilliant, now it wants you to create an account or log in. You can skip this but only a few times, then have no option but to do this. Tried to create an account, it said one already existed, so selected reset password. Got the reset email and tried to change password. All I get is an error message saying the password does not meet the password policy and doesn’t tell me what the password policy is! Tried a simple and complex password but nothing meets the secret policy! With the amount of items not priced in B&M, I loved the scanner and browsing on the old app, but this has made my blood boil trying to access it.
