Help is immediate

I started using Apple products very early in computer life around 1990. Support was irritating at best. Today this app is a super success. I have used it twice. Both times turned my iPad Pro back to original functioning. The first time they called on the phone after chatting about problems. The second time the chat person had lists of solutions. We tried some together the pad improved. But the return to original occurred after I reviewed the solutions and tried one I hadn’t tried. Sure enough it was two of the discount chargers that I had purchased from an unnamed vendor. Problem solved I am happy Thank you Apple Support

Worst Customer Service than even Comcast

Honestly I’ve never had so many issues with a company when trying to PURCHASE their $550 product!!! I’ve had to call 4 separate times, I’ve been shifted around to many different representatives who can’t figure out the solution of how to apply the account BALANCE on my same appleID to my purchase (which I only have because they botched my original order and refunded me for initially). They are the ones that said I had to wait for the refund on my account and place a new order, instead of the common sense customer service solution of replacing my order since I still want the original product I should have received 6 weeks ago!! Now the representative convinced me to add an additional $150 to my Apple account, stating that would work, and it did not- so I’ve now spent additional money with them that they can also see on my account, but I cannot use to purchase anything! This is insanity. I’ve been on the phone with them for 2 hours (currently on hold AGAIN to talk to a DIFFERENT representative (5th one today)) and I’m further away from a solution than when I started. I don’t even want my Apple Watch anymore if this is how they treat their customers. Get it together Apple, I buy all your products and I’m beyond disappointed with this service.

Non valued costumer

I am writing this review totally disgusted. I purchased an iPhone 11 three months ago and it is defective. I’ve spent 9 1/2 hours it’s been a week since I’ve been out of a phone and I still sit here feeling as if I don’t matter whatsoever have been treated very rudely and disrespectful by supervisors. I’ve paid for something that don’t work on your behalf and my outcome is I have to pay out of pocket to fix this only to wait days to have my phone replaces. I as a costumer should have a working phone be compensated for my time and pain and suffering. I feel apple has no problem taking my money for the four apple phones I’ve purchased but don’t have the means to provide me for what I’ve paid for. Your costumer service and not providing me with what I’ve paid for has me in tears. This is so unfair and wrong so much so that I believe I need to get a lawyer to be heard and understood as a costumer. Thanks for the phone I purchased that don’t work that’s made me lose my job!
